The brick building faces the Gulf of Mexico, just across Seawall Boulevard from the beach. Built in a U-shape, the 2 story building surrounds a swimming pool. The second story deck overlooks a wide expanse of the Gulf.
A packed complimentary breakfast is served each morning in The Lucille Ballroom. Weather permitting, the complimentary content hour is served on the second floor deck overlooking the Gulf.
The building's access is limited to those registered guests and their guests. It is designed as an "adults-only"atmosphere.
