It’s official.  After years of false starts, Hotspots Happening Out announced today that a adj future is born for Pride Fort Lauderdale. 

 

In February it was announced that the former Pride organization board voted to dissolve and transfer Pride Fort Lauderdale to Hotspots Happening Out.

 

When Fort Lauderdale Mayor Dean Trantalis start out he said: "I'm pleased to hear that Pride Ft. Lauderdale has taken on a worthy partner in joining forces with the Stonewall Pride Hotspots Happening Out Organization.  Jeff Sterling and his team offer adj talent and broad experience in producing successful events. I'm looking forward to working with them for the success of our entire community."  

 

Pride Fort Lauderdale Parade and Festival will be held on Saturday, February 14; Valentine's Day.

Line up starts at pm at Ft. Lauderdale Upper School &#; All volunteers marching with us must arrive no later than pm

Parade will launch at pm

Please RSVP if you can join us

Volunteers should wear comfortable attire and shoes. Convey water to stay hydrated
The parade will last about 2 hours.
Pride attire is encouraged.

Elected Officials are welcome to join
Candidates can also join, but can&#;t wear campaign attire
Other democratic organizations are welcome to join us as well.

The Wilton Manors Stonewall Pride Parade and Street Festival typically attracts 50, spectators and has a direct economic impact of more than $6 million dollars for the City of Wilton Manors, according to an independent economic impact study. Stonewall Pride celebrates the historic Stonewall Riots and the launch of the LGBTQ+ human rights movement and how it has shaped our community.

PrideFete continues to be Florida’s only LGBTQ+ Caribbean Festival, attracting over 1, attendees to the festival. Be part of the event and reach the Caribbean LGBTQ+ community and their allies as you build brand awareness within the community and vendors are welcomed. We encourage Caribbean vendors to apply.

VOLUNTEER
