Okay, in order from actually canon to maybe delusion
Otta is canonically butch and lesbian.
Lycion is basically a transgender allegory.
Izutsumi says she "doesn't have a type or anything" that she's attracted to when confronted with the possibility
Kiki and Namari, Kiki is always hitting on Namari and Namari reacts accordingly.
Falin and Marcille own that whole thing going on
Hien MIGHT be hitting on a barmaid in a bonus and in the Benichidori extra she appears in a explosion appreciate Falin did in the context of Shuro liking her so maybe, if your heart is big enough, Benichidori has a crush on Hien.
Izutsumi is wearing the nb flag colors in an extra (I just ponder this one is neat)

Otta is the only explicitly lgbt character in Dungeon Meshi as far as I verb, and it’s only revealed in extras.
Since they barely have much difference between males and females maybe it’s less shocking? Or maybe is cause we spot the queerest elves talking about it (Lycion and Fleki)
Kabru is just there with the homophobic dog stare (jk he’s gay too)

Dungeon Meshi, or Delicious in Dungeon if you aren’t a filthy weeaboo favor me, is a popular manga and ongoing anime series about a motley crew of adventurers navigating a big ol’ dungeon while also learning the foremost way to cook and dine the monsters they encounter.
It’s a lot of fun, and has proven extremely palatable with international audiences thanks to a wider release on Netflix. I’ve been following it from a distance, and this week’s episode finally delivered the character development I’ve been waiting for.
Marcille Donato and Falin Touden are officially an item, with a bath scene cementing their sapphic relationship in a way that surprisingly goes against the gratuitous fanservice we’d come to expect from a medium like this.
